Who we are
The Fairground Neighborhood Revitalization Organization (FNRO) was established in April 2013 to guide and direct the community to available programs and help with home efficiency. Officially incorporated March 2014 with the state of Missouri and Federal 501 (c) 3 2015
History of Organization
Fairground Neighborhood consists of the president’s vision, a group of concerned homeowners, residents, and registered voters who saw an unmet need for the Fairground area to form the Fairground Neighborhood Revitalization Organization (FNRO). To quote Martin Luther King “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase” and “The time is always right to do what is right”. We felt it was time to take that first step and do the right thing to better our neighborhood.
The Neighborhood Association is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit as of 2015 and incorporated in March 2014. Our services include low to moderate incomes, children, youth, young adults, elderly, disabled, homeless, and veterans. We established our meeting date on 3rd Wednesday of the month 5:30-6:30pm currently at Divoll Library 4234 N Grand St. Louis, MO 63107, phone number 314-534-0313.
